Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for the digital e-book Breaking the Hidden Chains sold by FaithElevate AS (organization number 935 880 238, Norway).

Digital product

The e-book is a digital file that is delivered to you immediately after payment. Because you get instant access, sales are generally final once the download has started and you have agreed to immediate delivery at checkout.

When we will help or refund

We want you to receive what you paid for. We will fix the problem or give a refund if:

  • your download does not work or you never received the file;
  • the file is faulty, corrupt, or unreadable and we cannot fix it; or
  • you were charged twice or charged in error.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law. Where a right of withdrawal applies and has not been lost through immediate delivery with your consent, we will honour it.

How to ask for help

Email contact@faithelevate.com from the same email address you used for the order, and include your order number. We will respond and, where a refund is due, process it to your original payment method.
