Terms of Purchase

These terms apply when you buy the digital e-book Breaking the Hidden Chains from this website. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The seller is FaithElevate AS, organization number 935 880 238, registered in Norway. You can reach us at contact@faithelevate.com.
2. The product
We sell one digital product: the e-book Breaking the Hidden Chains — 10 Steps to Freedom From Pornography and Masturbation. It is a downloadable file. It is not a printed book and not a physical product. The price is shown at checkout in US dollars (USD).
3. Orders and payment
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. You can order as a guest, without creating an account. Your order is complete when your payment is approved.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. After payment, a download link appears on the order confirmation page, and we also send it to the email address you enter at checkout. Please use a correct email address. If you do not receive your file, contact us and we will help you.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy the e-book, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, rent, share, upload, or publish the file, in whole or in part. Others are welcome to buy their own copy.
6. Copyright
The e-book and its content are protected by copyright and owned by FaithElevate AS and the author. All rights are reserved.
7. Technical requirements
You need a device that can open the file format shown on the product page (for example a PDF reader on a phone, tablet, or computer). It is your responsibility to have a compatible device.
8. Right to withdraw (digital content)
Under Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once the download begins, if you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. At checkout you are asked to give this consent before we deliver the file.
9. Refunds
Because the product is delivered instantly, sales are generally final once download has started. However, we will always help you if the delivery fails, if the file is faulty or corrupt, or if you were charged in error. See our Refund Policy for details, and contact us so we can make it right.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information at checkout, to keep your download and receipt private, and to use the e-book lawfully and only as allowed by these terms.
11. Important disclaimer
The e-book shares biblical teaching, personal experience, and practical tools. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist, counselor, or pastor. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any specific outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FaithElevate AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the e-book. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may bring it before the Norwegian courts or a relevant consumer dispute body.
