Paid memberships are processed securely via Stripe through MemberPress.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.
30-day money-back guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee that applies only to your first monthly payment as a new member. To request a refund, email contact@faithelevate.com from your account email within 30 days of your first paid charge.
The guarantee does not apply to: renewal payments after the first month, annual or yearly subscriptions, users who have previously received a refund and signed up again, or coupons, free trials, and promotional credits.
All other payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refunds are issued at FaithElevate’s discretion and only for valid first-month requests submitted as described above.
FaithElevate reserves the right to change membership pricing, features, or availability with prior notice.
