Terms of Purchase

These terms apply when you buy the digital e-book or the printed paperback of Breaking the Hidden Chains from this website. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The seller is FaithElevate AS, organization number 935 880 238, registered in Norway. Our address is Tobrotet 88, 5355 Knarrevik, Norway. You can reach us at contact@faithelevate.com.
2. The product
We sell two versions of Breaking the Hidden Chains, 10 Steps to Freedom From Pornography and Masturbation. The e-book is a downloadable PDF. A free fillable PDF companion workbook is available separately on the website. The paperback is a printed, physical copy of the book. We ship the paperback to addresses in Norway only. Customers outside Norway can buy the paperback on Amazon. Those purchases are made with Amazon and follow Amazon’s own terms, not these terms. The price is shown at checkout in US dollars (USD).
3. Orders and payment
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. You can order as a guest, without creating an account. Your order is complete when your payment is approved.
4. Delivery
E-book: Delivery is digital and immediate. After payment, a download link appears on the order confirmation page, and we also send it to the email address you enter at checkout. Please use a correct email address. If you do not receive your file, contact us and we will help you.
Paperback: Shipping to Norwegian addresses is free. We normally send your book within two working days, and Posten usually delivers it a few working days after that. In any case, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order. The risk for the book passes to you when it is delivered to you. If the book is lost or damaged on the way, contact us and we will send a new copy or give you a refund.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy the e-book, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, rent, share, upload, or publish the file, in whole or in part. Others are welcome to buy their own copy.
6. Copyright and trademarks
The e-book, website, workbook, and other original FaithElevate materials are owned by or licensed to FaithElevate AS and/or the author and are protected by applicable copyright law. FaithElevate™, FAITH Framework™, and The F.A.I.T.H. Check™ are marks used by FaithElevate AS. Buying or accessing material does not transfer any intellectual property rights. The personal licence in Section 5 is the only permission granted unless we agree otherwise in writing. No ownership is claimed in third-party materials, general ideas, facts, biblical principles, or commonly used methods as such.
7. Technical requirements
You need a device that can open the file format shown on the product page (for example a PDF reader on a phone, tablet, or computer). It is your responsibility to have a compatible device.
8. Right to withdraw
Digital e-book: Under Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven), you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once the download begins, if you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. At checkout you are asked to give this consent before we deliver the file.
Paperback: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the paperback within 14 days. The period starts on the day you receive the book. To withdraw, send us a clear message before the period ends, for example by email to contact@faithelevate.com. You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
After you have told us that you withdraw, you must send the book back to us at Tobrotet 88, 5355 Knarrevik, Norway within 14 days. You pay the direct cost of returning the book. You may look through the book as you would in a shop. If it has been handled more than needed for that, we may deduct an amount for any loss in value.
We refund the amount you paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received your message. We may wait with the refund until we have received the book back or you have shown proof that you have sent it. We refund to the payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

9. Refunds
Because the product is delivered instantly, sales are generally final once download has started. However, we will always help you if the delivery fails, if the file is faulty or corrupt, or if you were charged in error. See our Refund Policy for details, and contact us so we can make it right.
Paperback: If you withdraw from a paperback purchase, Section 8 applies. If the paperback is faulty, for example misprinted, with missing pages, or damaged when it arrives, contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the fault. A complaint made within two months of discovering it is always in time. The final deadline is two years from when you received the book. We will send you a new copy or refund you, and we cover the cost of returning a faulty book.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information at checkout, to keep your download and receipt private, and to use the e-book lawfully and only as allowed by these terms.
11. Important disclaimer
The e-book shares biblical teaching, personal experience, and practical tools. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist, counselor, or pastor. Results vary from person to person, and we do not promise any specific outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FaithElevate AS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the e-book. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Norwegian consumer law.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may bring it before the Norwegian courts or a relevant consumer dispute body.
